The Training sessions conducted by Shri Vijay in developing the skills like generating leads, marketing big ticket policies etc., have helped the Agents tremendously. As per the feedback received from the Agents, the improved performance of these agents as evidence by earning more commission through bigger new business permia is the direct result of the quality of training imparted.
